Vegan
Vegan eating is a complete plant-based diet refraining from the consumption of meat or use of any animal products. People are led to veganism for many reasons such as dietary health, consciousness & ethics, and concerns for the environment.
Raw
Raw food has not been heated over 118 degrees, and is not pasteurized, processed, refined, or treated with pesticides. The raw food diet, from our perspective, is entirely plant-based and made up of fruits, vegetables, seeds, and nuts.
