π§ββοΈ KUNDALINI YOGA MEDITATION: 3 MINUTE SAT KRIYA (for beginners) π§ββοΈ

We are not only dropping plant-based recipe videos on our YouTube channel, weβre also sharing meditations that have been particularly powerful for our personal growth - busting through obstacles in our lives and creating new opportunities to grow and level up!
Sat Kriya is one of my personal fave mediations. Practicing 3 minutes of Sat Kriya daily is as beneficial as completing an entire yoga class, because it facilitates deep relaxation, awakens our creative energy, and strengthens our heart health. It is an entire yoga practice in one posture. If you donβt have a lot of time for a yoga class, meditation practice, or exercise routine - then this is the practice for you!
The deep relaxation that it provides stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, which helps our bodies repair and regenerate. It also aids in digestion by stimulating the stomach and the intestines. It is called the confidence kriya because it helps to quiet the mind and clear out all the tired old stories that we tell ourselves and others. You know what Iβm talking about, those old narratives that keep us small and stuck in the past. Sat Kriya makes way for the new, now, and next great things we desire to do and be. It builds and expands our radiance (otherwise known as our aura), allowing us to draw to us all that we desire. Practicing this meditation for 40 days will establish a new and good habit of self love and care that nourishes your body and mind. It connects you to your soul or inner guidance system, developing a stronger sense of self confidence!
I have personally practiced Sat Kriya for 120 days in a row. It made me feel more confident and more balanced in my day to day encounters. More chill. And it made my lower abdomen tighter and flatter. For someone (like me) that is not into ab workouts this was a relatively passive way for me to get these results. Cha-ching, bonus!!! Honestly, once I got going it became really important and easier for me to do it every day. I started out with the plan to do 40 days and just kept going because of how good I was feeling from it and how little time it took. I could feel the advantages it was giving meβ¦.or I was giving myself, in all areas of my day to day life.
Give it a try and feel the immediate benefits of giving yourself a few minutes of nurture that will nourish your body, mind, and spiritβ¦with big helpings of balance, confidence, and creative energy. You can start slow and build up. Like anything, it takes a minute to get comfortable and in a flow. Be gentle and forgiving with yourself. 3-7 minutes a day is a soft way to enter into a life-changing and powerful practice.
